Misc April

Our first visit to Cherry Hill this year. We got passes but pool wasn't open yet so we did all the other stuff we could.

Harvey did pretty good on the rock wall, but got nervous getting up high...I did too actually. I tried one of them in flip flops and didn't do so hot but did ok on the easiest one. I'll blame the shoes. Ha. And also my worsening fear of heights.

Little Daniel's blessing! It was so nice. A little chilly, but really nice and everyone made it!

Getting ready for the dance recital and she likes having pictures of everything :)

And this one wouldn't cooperate for pictures before but man she looked so dang cute!!!

A little crocodile in Peter Pan. I can't even stand the cuteness. They had to have 3 different performances because the space we were in wasn't big enough to handle everyone. Lottie was in the first one and Greta was in the 3rd.  I was SO impressed with Illume. They put on an AMAZING show! So fun! Lottie stood out there and wiggled a foot or two but didn't do much. Oh well. I was proud of her for going out there!

Greta rocked the socks off her dance! She loves it and did so great and looked SO beautiful!

We stopped by Ariana's afterwards to celebrate Yoraima's birthday. I love hanging out with them, but hate how much Spanish I still don't understand!

We planted a garden! Reed said we could use the space and we had hopes that we'd get to be there through the summer and see the fruits of our labor :) The kids were great helps planting and I think enjoyed it.

Just off to church and needing a picture on that rock right there.
Easter party at Mimi's and Papa's! Greta found the golden egg ($50!!!!)

And just some happy kids spinning around out in the yard.

Spring soccer! We didn't get to do this last year and so it was a fun few Saturday's watching Harvey play! They never had practices, which I wish they would have because I think it would have been great for him and his team, but they still were undefeated and Harvey improved a lot!

1st Grade Field trip to the Sandy Aquarium. Crew's dad, Kent went with and sent Laura one picture. The rest of these were cropped off Instagram :)

I wanted to remember all the stuff I planted.

Unfortunately my Diva cucumber died like immediately. I was so sad. And I never went back to replace it. Oops.

Zoo day with Chris and Sam! So fun!

This is before I got the peppers and the rest of the tomatoes in.
All my siblings got together (a miracle!) for a dog park party! There were 5 doggies and they seemed to have a wonderful time playing together and running around. All the kids had fun too!
And Lottie had a modeling shoot with Boris.

Weston's Bday party...fun outside with bounce house but it was really cold! Dumb.

I think the "no" means don't erase. This is a constant battle. Draw something. Someone doesn't want it touched or erased for who knows how long, everyone else cries about not being able to draw more on it. It's super fun. Greta is really quite the artist though. Although I think Harvey drew this one. She loves drawing and coloring and is getting really good!

Thai lunch date with my friend Ariana. She's great! And then she posted that on instagram and it made me so happy.

"Today a friend came to my house and brought food for us to have lunch together. It was only an hour but it's those friendships that with only one hour it fills the whole soul. I am happy to be your friend." Or something like that :)

Greta had to have a little cavity filled :( She did awesome though and didn't even know she got a shot. Ha.

Zoo day with Laura and my Mom.

This picture is actually from our St. George trip but I didn't realize that and couldn't think of where it was from until right now. It might just stay here :)
Bogey always looks so dang cute and fluffy right after a haircut. I wish it stayed like this longer! He gets so shaggy looking so fast.
Decided we needed to incorporate a better job chart plan for not being too lazy and not too entitled. And to help them actually earn fun activities. And an opportunity to earn some money. (Spoiler alert - it's gone ok. Not as motivating as I'd like and much more harping and nagging than I'd like...but better than nothing!)
