Memorial Day

I've never been to Mueller Park but have wanted to for awhile. We found out that our City Creek site got cancelled because it was too big of a group site so we were out of luck for Memorial Day. So I went to book sites and they had plenty and so we picked one for the day and parents, Laura's fam and us went up and it was awesome. The kids had a great time. The weather was lovely. The food and fire and games and people and everything were just perfection. And now I know a thing or two about the place that we might could actually even go back! I hope so. It's nice and close and a perfect dose of mountain goodness. These are a bunch of pictures that are not really in any order but I don't feel like arranging them perfectly because it doesn't matter :)

Tanner told Harvey that if he chopped through this entire log of wood that we could get a dog. It was pretty impressive the focus he had and how hard he worked at it. He did get a bit of help from Pop and Tanner but he did a LOT of it by himself. The video of him completing it and being so excited about the promise of some future dog is pretty great.
