ARC

I have to do a post about this because it really has been something I've been looking SO forward to for the last 2 years.  And since I did a post on the gym we used to go to (see it here), it seems fitting to introduce you to the Williston Area Recreation Center.  It cost 76 million dollars to build - and was paid for before it was built.  Oil money is good for something!  I don't know the exact square footage but it is over 4 football fields big.  It really is enormous.  It's the largest park district owned rec center in America.  That sounds impressive, right?  They had the grand opening last Friday and then all weekend it was free to the public.  We went Sunday to wander around.  There was a TON of people there.  Free and a weekend was a bad combo.  But it is AMAZING.  We got our passes yesterday and I'm hoping we'll be able to get much use out of it with being parents and all.  Tanner and I both want to start swimming some and we are both loving getting into and back into racquetball. I snapped a bunch of pretty crappy pics that don't do it justice but just to give an idea of what is there and what it looks like.
