Misc June

I have been so proud of my little garden. It has been so enjoyable to watch things grow. The kids have been enjoying seeing it all too! And I love going out and grabbing stuff and making things with it. I am so saddened by the fact I won't get all the tomatoes and everything else! Oh well - good learning experience!

I was making beet green and beet egg and cheese scrambles there a bunch and they were super yummy!
First day of swim lessons! One week of 20 min a day lessons. Harvey and Greta learned a lot and did AWESOME. Lottie was a pill and wouldn't do anything the teacher wanted her to do. It was annoying and frustrating.

Kaysville splash pad with our friend Ashley Stenquist and Savannah (and Ryker).
LAST DAY OF 1st GRADE! Such a handsome boy who has learned so much and grown up so much (sometimes too much - he thinks he's pretty independent and hot stuff sometimes),
He really loved Miss Chini! And so did I! She was awesome and so patient with so much of our chaos!

Celebrating how it started with a shaved ice. SO DANG HOT!

A few more of swim lessons...

Party at Mimi and Papa's pool!

Precious little sisters.
And so much Cherry Hill!!!

Babysitting for Laura while she was rehearsing for a dance performance.

Killing it already with writing her name! So impressed!
Park day with one of Harvey's friends from school - Ryan. His mom and the rest of his siblings all came too. And so did Tanner. It worked out great because Jessica has other kids exactly Greta's age and Lottie's. They had a lot of fun!
Greta being a sweetheart helping Lottie when she was pretty nervous about the first day back to primary.

Mom hanging with us one day while my dad was out of town...

We went to Brooke's one day to hang out and during our time we wandered over to a park that had the creek running through it. It was so awesome. The kids had a blast and we stayed cool and it felt like we were not in the middle of the city.

Week one of golf lessons. Harvey got to do it with his friend, Heath and they had a great time! Harvey is getting pretty good and really likes it!

And a little after lesson putting practice with the girls :)
More Cherry Hill...

More sweet sisters...
More cute Daniel from babysitting time...

After Laura's dance thing. It was actually a production put on by Illume - where Greta and Lottie take dance. They did Narnia, lion the witch and the wardrobe and it was pretty impressive. They did a great job. It was just so blasted hot!

This is the only pic of Father's Day we got. He got his massage gun present a week early because I still somehow failed to be able to make it a surprise. He got to go golf and then we made a yummy dinner (he did the steaks) and I made one of his favorite desserts - a multi level banana pudding thing. I ordered these cute cookies from his cousin's wife.
Cherry Hill day with dad. Harvey said it was a lot more fun with him than coming just with me :)

Ellison Park splash pad with my friend Annie. Harvey brought his friend Ryan and they mostly played at the skate park. They eventually came around and decided the splash pad was fun (well Ryan was in and out of it without Harvey). And we got the sweetest pictures of Greta and Avery!

Dying.

And happy 10 year anniversary to us! We got sushi at our favorite place - Fat Fish and went and watch The Mighty 12. Which was really good! Kind of anticlimactic for a big decade celebration but hopefully we can make up for it in the near future!
